Privacy

Two things on this site touch what you do with it. An enquiry you send, and a count of visits. This is what each of them does.

An enquiry you send

What you type into the enquiry is what is collected: what you are after, what you wrote about it, your name, and where you would like to be answered. It is used to answer you and for nothing else.

It is sent from this site to the studio's own inbox through Postmark, the service that carries the message. They process it only in order to deliver it. Nothing is added to a mailing list, nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to anybody else.

With script switched off, or if the send does not go through, the page shows the studio's address so you can write directly. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf without you doing it, and you are told which of those happened.

A count of visits

Visits are counted with Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics service, served from this domain. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and cannot identify you or follow you to any other site.

What it records is a page, where the visit came from, a country, and a browser and device type. It also records four things about how the site was used: whether the room was entered or stepped past, whether a tier was opened, and whether an enquiry was sent. That is the whole list, and it exists to answer one question, which is whether the room helps or gets in the way.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the counter is not loaded at all. Not loaded and told to ignore you: not requested.

What does not happen

No advertising. No cross-site tracking. No cookies of any kind. No profile of you anywhere.

Where the studio is

Axiom Studios works remotely from Australia and serves clients anywhere. There is no public street address.
